NW Salmon Candy (Formerly knows as Rock Fish Salmon Candy) Isn't just for fish anymore, Ive been experimenting with this and it has come to be one of the best brines ever, I use it to brine Turkey, Chicken, Quail, Pheasant, Duck, Goose. I have also used it as seasoning for Turkey, but was originally made for Salmon and I will say this is the best smoking brine I have ever used on Salmon.
